Hot Water on Demand Without a Storage Tank
A tankless water heater heats water as it is needed, freeing up floor space and avoiding the standby losses of keeping a full tank hot. Vista Services helps Ontario homeowners access professionally installed tankless equipment through a lease-to-own program with $0 down, six months with no payments on eligible agreements and predictable monthly payments.

Tankless Performance Depends on Proper Design
Vista Services works with leading water-heating manufacturers and qualified independent contractors across Ontario. A contractor should assess peak flow demand, incoming water temperature, gas supply, venting, condensate drainage, electrical needs, water quality and installation location. You can use an eligible contractor you trust or request help finding a participating dealer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions homeowners ask us most.
A tankless unit does not run out of stored water, but it has a maximum heating capacity. If simultaneous demand exceeds its rated flow at the required temperature rise, delivered temperature or flow may be affected. Proper sizing is essential.
Contractors estimate the maximum simultaneous fixture flow and the temperature rise between incoming water and the desired outlet temperature. Ontario's colder incoming water can materially affect capacity, especially in winter.
Often, but conversion requirements vary. Gas line capacity, venting route, condensate drain, electrical supply, water piping and service clearances must be checked. Some homes require additional work.
Tankless equipment heats on demand, but water still must travel through the home's pipes. The wait depends on pipe length, pipe size and flow. A recirculation design may reduce delay but adds design, installation and energy considerations.
Mineral scale can reduce heat transfer and restrict flow, particularly with hard water. Maintenance frequency depends on water quality, usage and manufacturer instructions and may include flushing, filter cleaning and combustion checks.
Is Tankless Right for Your Home?
Tell us about your household, current water heater, fuel source and hot-water needs. A participating contractor can calculate flow and temperature-rise requirements, inspect the site and explain any installation upgrades before recommending equipment.
