Heat and Cool Your Home With One Efficient System
A heat pump moves heat instead of creating it directly, providing efficient cooling in summer and heating in cooler weather. Vista Services helps Ontario homeowners access eligible ducted, ductless and hybrid heat pump solutions through a lease-to-own program with $0 down, six months with no payments on eligible agreements and predictable monthly payments.

The Right Heat Pump Starts With the Right Design
Vista Services works with established heat pump manufacturers and independent HVAC contractors across Ontario. Your contractor should assess the home's heating and cooling loads, electrical capacity, existing ductwork, indoor and outdoor design temperatures, backup-heat strategy and equipment performance at low temperatures. Use an eligible contractor you know or ask us to help locate a participating dealer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions homeowners ask us most.
Many cold-climate models are designed to operate below freezing, but capacity and efficiency change as outdoor temperature falls. The correct design may include electric backup, a furnace in a hybrid system or another supplemental source. A contractor must model the home's load and the selected unit's low-temperature performance.
A ducted heat pump distributes air through ductwork. A ductless mini-split uses one or more indoor units connected to an outdoor unit. The right option depends on the home's layout, existing distribution system, zoning needs and renovation tolerance.
It may, but not in every home. Some projects use an all-electric design; others retain a furnace for backup or choose whichever source is most appropriate under certain conditions. The answer depends on load calculations, equipment capacity, electrical service, fuel availability and homeowner priorities.
Programs, funding levels, eligible equipment and application rules can change. Confirm current eligibility directly with the program administrator and your contractor before making a purchase decision. Do not assume approval until all requirements are satisfied.
Cooling performance is commonly compared using seasonal cooling ratings, while heating performance is often expressed using HSPF or newer regional metrics. Low-temperature capacity and efficiency data are especially important in Ontario. Ratings should be reviewed together, not as a single headline number.

Tell us about your current heating system, home type and comfort goals. A participating contractor can assess equipment sizing, electrical and ductwork requirements, backup heat and installation details. Incentive eligibility should be confirmed through the applicable program before purchase.
