How do I reach one of your preferred contractors?

Please provide us the location of your next project and we will contact you. You can fill out our online form. Your preferred contractor may be working with us already, if not we may be able to make that happen for you!

How is the customer billed?

Pre-authorized debit from the homeowner's bank account on a monthly basis.

What is the difference between your program and others?

Consumer Protection Compliance. Vista takes consumer protection laws seriously. We feel it is important to provide each homebuyer with a rental contract that discloses all of the required terms and conditions mandated by the 2002 Consumer Protection Act. The homeowner is presented with clear terms and conditions prior to closing.
