Yes, your rental agreement may be transferred to a new homeowner when you sell your property. Please contact our Customer Success team to arrange the transfer. An Assumption Agreement is required to complete the process.
Depending on your agreement, you may have the option to upgrade to new equipment, purchase your existing equipment, or continue your agreement if eligible. Speak with Customer Success to learn more about your available options.
