Lease-to-Own Program

Understanding Your Vista Lease-to-Own Program
A Simple Path to Home Comfort and Ownership
Vista's lease-to-own program helps make essential home comfort equipment more accessible by allowing you to spread the cost of your equipment over predictable monthly payments rather than paying the full cost upfront.
Depending on your agreement, your lease-to-own program may include equipment such as a furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, boiler, water heater, tankless water heater or water softener.
Vista manages your lease-to-own agreement and monthly billing, while your local contractor installs your equipment and remains your resource for equipment-related service.
Your specific payment amount, term, equipment and other conditions are outlined in your individual Vista agreement.
How Lease-to-Own Works
1. Choose Your Equipment
Your local contractor helps you select the home comfort equipment that meets your home's needs and reviews the equipment and installation details with you.
2. Enter Your Vista Agreement
Once approved, your equipment is placed on a Vista lease-to-own agreement. Your agreement outlines important details such as your monthly payment, term and applicable conditions.
3. Make Predictable Monthly Payments
Instead of paying the full equipment cost upfront, you make scheduled monthly payments according to the terms of your agreement.
4. Follow Your Path to Ownership
Unlike a traditional rental model where you may continue renting indefinitely, Vista's lease-to-own program provides a defined pathway toward ownership.
Refer to your individual agreement or contact Customer Success if you have questions about your specific term or end-of-term options.
Managing Your Vista Agreement
Your monthly payment depends on your equipment, installation and the terms of your individual agreement. Agreement lengths may also vary, so refer to your Vista agreement for your specific payment amount, term and other conditions.
