  • Applies to standard 144-month HVAC, EV chargers, Water Heater & Water Treatment Rental programs/rates.
  • The correct promo code “VISTA” must be written on the Rental Agreement.
  • Variations of the promo code, such as, but not limited to, “free months”, will not be accepted.
  • Promotions cannot be combined.
  • Offer does not apply to Residential New Construction, Properties currently listed for sale, or Multi-Residential properties greater than 4 units. Promotion is meant for homeowners only.
  • All offers are subject to change or termination at Vista’s discretion.

Rental Terms

  • Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps with installation allowances under $10,000 will be considered a single HVAC unit.  Heat Pumps with installation allowances over $10,000 will be considered an HVAC system.
  • Water Heater & Tankless rental: No payments for six months + $200 pre-paid gift card.
  • Single HVAC rental: No payments for six months + $250 pre-paid gift card.
  • HVAC System (2 rental units): No payments for six months + $500 pre-paid gift card.
  • HVAC System + Tankless Water Heater: No payments for six months + $700 pre-paid gift card.
  • Water Softener: No payments for six months + $100 pre-paid gift card.
  • Electric Vehicle Charger: No payments for six months + $100 pre-paid gift card.
