Job Purpose / Mandate

Are you are a results-oriented sales leader looking for a rewarding opportunity to drive performance and build lasting partnerships? At Vista, you will join a collaborative, high-performing team where your work truly matters. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee a talented sales team, support and grow our valued dealer and channel partner network, and help expand our presence across Ontario.

You will work cross-functionally with colleagues in operations, sales, marketing and business development to ensure strategic alignment and shared success. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow key dealer and channel partner accounts.
  • Drive new dealer acquisition and onboarding, ensuring early-stage success and ongoing performance against volume targets.
  • Lead, coach and support a high performing sales team, including hiring, performance management and day to day leadership.
  • TerritoryManagement - optimize territory coverage, ensuring strategic alignment between rep activity and dealer potential by geography.
  • Serve as a liaison with vendor partners, internal stakeholders and leadership to ensure strong communication and alignment.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to align new product sales strategy with go-to-market timelines and supplier initiatives.
  • Monitor performance against company targets by geography and return metrics.
  • Lead regular sales team meetings and weekly one on one meetings to review pipeline, results and priorities.
  • Support marketing campaigns and contribute content development that engages dealers and channel partners.
  • Support training programs on Vista offerings, sales tools, and platforms.
  • Manage trade show planning, attendance, and success metrics.
  • Contribute to the rollout and optimization of our CRM systems.
  • Work in collaboration with the renewals team to achieve corporate goals.
  • Uphold and embody company values in all work and interactions, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the overall growth and success of the sales function.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales/and or sales leadership experience, ideally in a related B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven consultative selling background, with experience in relationship based, value driven sales.
  • Established dealer or channel partner network in the HVAC, home services or related industries isa strong asset.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and analytical skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Power BI and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a structured sales funnel focused on high-priority accounts.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (some travel required).
