Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Partner with the Sales Team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing activities across digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, events, and collateral.
- Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans and support ongoing refinement based on performance analytics.
Dealer & Channel Enablement
- Develop sales enablement tools, dealer onboarding kits, and co-marketing materials that empower HVAC and plumbing contractors to effectively represent Vista’s offerings.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to roll out marketing toolkits that drive adoption of Vista’s programs at the local level.
- Champion dealer success stories and testimonials as part of ongoing marketing efforts.
Brand & Content Management
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and reinforce Vista’s value proposition.
- Oversee creation and distribution of marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, signage, internal communications, promotional kits).
- Develop and manage content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Internal & External Stakeholder Communications
- Support internal communications efforts including employee announcements, program updates, and partner bulletins.
- Prepare content and visuals for executive presentations, investor relations decks, and strategic planning materials.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Lead digital strategy execution including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, lead quality, etc.) and report findings with recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure Vista’s digital presence is current, accurate, and effective in driving lead generation and customer engagement.
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Support initiatives that enhance the customer journey at key touch points.
- Contribute to ongoing management of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer feedback loops.
- Uphold and embody company values in all work and interactions, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
Event & Partner Marketing
- Manage Vista’s presence at industry events, trade shows, and association activities—including event planning, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with dealer and partner networks on co-branded marketing opportunities and joint campaigns.
